Abstract
Can true freedom be realised in Zambia without economic, social and cultural rights in the new constitution? The press release was on the celebration of the 44th African freedom day. It was centred on the emphasising the premise true and entire freedom aught to be centred on the economic, social and cultural rights of the people. That protection of these rights should be key and not only honouring the great freedom fighters of Africa's independence.
